I Can't find "security center" under services ( local).

Question

recently i downloaded a game on my laptop, so for the installation i had to turn off windows security first i turned off every windows security feature from the settings, i went back to install my game but it refused to start the game was a ZIP file and the installation was sorted by 3 Steps of ( EXE) files first step was " Disable Defender" when i clicked on this it opened a box for me to turn off microsoft defender so i disabled microsoft defender and the installation finally begins i played the game for couple of minutes then i had some issues with it so just deleted it later i found an antivirus program on my laptop which it didn't exist before sadly i can't remember the name so i just deleted it without opening it now whenever I turn on my laptop a message shows up which says " turn on windows security" when i click on it, it says "windows security service center can't be started" and i can't find security center in services (local) there was not any other antiviruses on my computer before i tried to use norton but it seemed costly so i deleted it immediately. so what can i do about this issue?

Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Can't find "security center".

1. Please check that msconfig is on normal boot up and not selective boot up. I changed msconfig to normal boot and then it was fine.
2. Please also verify that the following services are configured to Automatic (delayed start) and are running. Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Security Center Windows Management Instrumentation --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept as answer--
