Unable to connect certification profile

My Azure Certificate AZ-104 is about to expire on july 10th 2023. But I am unable to renew that certificate. Because of profile Issue. I had 2 accounts and last year both accounts are merged. but still am facing profile access issue whenever I tried to connect certification profile. I need your assistant to resolve account issues.
