Disadvantages of having more devices in Device limit restriction

Hi All We are having a current device Limit restriction set to 3 devices in Intune , We just want to know, If we increase the device limit restriction to more than 3 devices . what will be the disadvantages ? Regards Naga Sai Durga Kumar Andra
