Windows no longer works after the last Windows update

A few days ago, I was forced to wait for an OS update when I signed into Windows 10. After the update, I could continue using the Windows installation. Yesterday, when attempting to sign in to my Windows installation, I received a message on my monitor stating, "No signal from your device" after the Windows icon appeared. Despite the message, the PC remained on. The PC has a quad boot configuration, with both Windows and Linux installed on HDD and SSD drives, respectively. The issue is present in another Windows 10 installation as well, but both Linux installations are functioning properly. Is any solution other than a Windows reinstallation?

Hello there, Based on your description Linus boots but Windows is not booting. Typically, a monitor displays a message "no signal error" when there's a problem such as a loose cable, loose connections, or a problem with the input device. Can you try to enter safe mode and uninstall the update and see if everything is normal. Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If the issue is caused by loose cable or loose connections and input devices, the Linux installation won't work either. I can try to the safe mode when I am free from using the PC. Thanks for your suggestion.

I am not sure how to get to the safe mode. After repeatedly clicking the F12 key, I get the screen shown in the first attached photo. I do the repair and that doesn't help (troubleshoot->advance options->startup repair). And I do the "uninstall late quality update", but get a message something like "unable to uninstall late quality update" (troubleshoot->advance options->uninstall updates). I also try system restore, but get a message saying something like "nothing to restore". What other options shall I try?

Update:

I get into the safe mode, but not able to uninstall the update due to an error(see the attached photo). That is consistent with my previous experience.

I can't get into the safe mode on the other Windows 10 installation due to the error shown in the attached photo. I search the error code on the Chat with the Edge browser. And I get the following response. And the error persists after restarting. "The error code “d000000f” is not a valid Windows error code. It is possible that you meant “0xd00000f” which is a common error code that occurs when you try to install or update an app from the Microsoft Store01. The error code can be caused by several reasons such as corrupted system files, damaged Boot Configuration Data, internal hardware issues or malware/virus infections2 3 4. You can try running CHKDSK tool or use Startup Repair to repair BOOTMGR2 5. If you are still experiencing issues, you can try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance2.

I can't even get to the safe mode due to the last error shown in my comment. As a result, I can't check any available graphic card drivers.
