1.Please help check the Migmctrl.log to see if all the migration tasks completed successfully.
2.May we know if the problematic clients are migrated from the old site? If possible, please reinstall the client software to have a try and select the "Uninstall existing Configuration Manager client before the client is installed" and "Install the client from the new site" to have a try.
