Dictation not working across several devices

Since the latest update our Hololens app using Unity's DictationRecognizer has stopped receiving any dictation input, although prebaked keyword commands still work. Dictation also doesn't work using the virtual keyboard, so I suspect its a system issue. Windows dictation on my Windows 10 laptop also doesn't work when using (Windows Key + H). I've tried rolling back the Hololens to a previous version but it still doesn't work

Yes, the same issue here too. Plus I have an AI assistant made by me that uses this speech recognition engine, and I have the same issue with it. I had tested the issue on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 and it has something to do with the "SpeechRuntime.exe". On Windows 11 Win + H is working but if I use an application that uses the online speech recognition is relying on "SpeechRuntime.exe" on both Windows 11 and Windows 10, and it isn't working on either of them. So the summary is that the dictation toolbar is working on Windows 11, not on Windows 10, but applications that use the online speech recognition on either Windows 10 or Windows 11 are not working at all, because from the testing done by me, other applications rely on "SpeechRuntime.exe" on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but the dictation toolbar does not rely on "SpeechRuntime.exe" on Windows 11, but on Windows 10 it is relying on "SpeechRuntime.exe". As a result, please check "SpeechRuntime.exe", I've worked more than you and I am not even a Microsoft employee.

Yes, they were fixed around 6 o'clock in UK time. What was the issue, I am just curious.

Thanks @Teodor Mihail for confirmation & glad to hear working again in UK region. We are working on the communication on the root cause and will post back later in week once it is completed.
