why I don't see the term of a term set

In SP2019, when I am on the Term Store of the Central Admin, I see all the Term Sets and their Terms. On the Term Store of the site collection, I only see the Term Set.

    I can't reproduce your situation, so I need more information. Could you please provide some screenshots about your issue?

    Could you please tell me how you configure the managed metadata service in your SharePoint?

    Check whether the problem just you meet, or other users else?

    Have you encountered this problem before?

    Check whether only one site like this, or all sites.
