Newly created Azure App Service or Function App are not visible in respective Deployment Task in the Release pipeline of Azure DevOps for several hours. Previously it used to take around 30 minutes for newly created resource to be visible in the deployment task. Now it takes more than 6 hours for these resources to be visible. This causes huge delays in deployments. It is becoming major issue for us as we have to postpone our release by a day due to this. Please note that Service Connection has all required permissions. Can someone from Azure look into this ?

    Hi @Bhavya Shah

This sounds like a transient issue between DevOps and ARM API. A similar issue was reported over on GitHub. It isn't a frequent issue, but the team is investigating how to improve the experience. In the meantime, you can try a workaround such as command terminal, like PowerShell or Azure CLI instead to the deployment task.
