From the above link, I have posted a few dump files from various desktops and laptops running Windows 10 and 11 that are facing tcpip.sys BSOD after the recent April 2023 Patch Tuesday. A few more dump files that happened today as linked below: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au640C7ioYnZgQ2ybb4U8e0syDJe?e=TTSWix https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au640C7ioYnZgQ7F0Q2lMNRg693A?e=1t2C9u https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au640C7ioYnZgQ9XwD6OhRB5eAF-?e=Rx2pFg I have updated the network drivers to the latest version from Intel and Realtek respectively, and uninstalled the April 2023 Cumulative updates, and even 22H2 rollback to 21H2, but still no luck in resolving them. Total of 10 devices (mixed of HP and Lenovo) that are affected at the moment.

Hello! I have exactly the same issue, and the "i have thesame issue" button does not work. Is there any updates on this? I cannot disable the third party AV on domain computers, it's a security policy. Thanks!
