It can be used to spoof the actual Time of Click protection 'safelinks.protection.outlook.com'. Searching about it and looking at WHOis, I couldn't figure out the ownership. It's a parked page right now
What do you mean about it? Are you receiving any safe prompt? Please clarify your issue.
Does MS own safelinks.pro?
