Found the problem. It wasn't related to the warning. Misconfiguration on our end.
We are unable to assign users to group in Azure AD B2C
We are unable to assign programatically new user to a newly created group in Azure AD B2C Tenant.
There's also this warning message at the top of the group page since a few days :
"Dynamic group memberships have not been updated due to system delays. We’re working to resolve the issue."
Manual assignment and previously created group assignment works fine. Only user assigned to the new group. Also receive no error anywhere about this.
