I am not able to schedule exam . while scheduling it redirected to https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKlink.how can i resolve this issue please help me here. Thanks

    The error means your account is blocked by PearsonVUE.

    It happened to me when I entered the voucher code incorrectly too many times.

    The only way to get it unblocked is via phone.
