Newly built PC with Win10 x64 is randomly freezing so only hard restart with power button helps

Recently built PC specs: Case: FSP CST110 PSU: Silver Stone 500W STRIDER SX500-LG (SST-SX500-LG) Motherboard: MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 CPU: Core i5 12600k RAM: G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3200MHz 32GB Kit 2x16GB XMP (F4-3200C16D-32GIS) SSD: Samsung 980 500 GB (MZ-V8V500BW) CPU Cooler: be quiet! Shadow Rock LP (BK002) Chassis cooler 1: be quiet! Pure Wings 2 PWM 120mm (BL039) Chassis cooler 2: Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM Chassis cooler 3: Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM Windows 10 Pro x64 installed and activated

Right after build next tests were made: memtest86 - 4 passes - no errors Windows Memory Diagnosticks Tool - no errors Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool - pass Furmark CPU and GPU stress tests - pass From time to time this build freezes so only hard reboot with power button can help. Image freezes, mouse can't be moved, not sure about the sound due to I am working mostly without any sound playing. No specific scenario to reproduce the issue. It can happen few minutes after startup with no interaction with the PC, it can happen during work (trading software - light to moderate workload), it can happen after ~5 hours after startup when PC is locked. Issue happens from twice a day to once a week. Ussually once in a day or two. BIOS updated to latest version (7D43v1A) - issue still persists SSD Firmware updated to latest version - issue still persists After BIOS and SSD update I performed clean windows reinstall - issue still persists All drivers updated to latest versions (both from Motherboard vendor and from Windows Update) - issue still persists System SSD was checked for errors (Properties -> Tools -> Error Checking) - pass Thermal paste was changed (also temps was pretty fine even before and stress tests are passed) - issue still persists RAM sticks changed places and contacts cleaned with erasing gum - issue still persists Basically whole build was rebuilt from scratch - issue still persists After enabling Driver Verifier I was able to collect 4 WHEA dump files, however I can't attach original .dmp or more then 2 files, so please find 2 txt files with info from WinDbg: WHEA-20230417-0731.txtWHEA-20230421-1340.txt Reliability Monitor screen and Event viewer message and logs for WHEA-20230421-1340:

Also very first issue (after BIOS, SSD firmware updated and clean windows reinstall, Hardware was not touched from initial build) from Reliability Monitor shows "Hardware Error" message - I don't have .dmp file for it since Driver Verifier was not enabled at that time:
