Directory named after old company

So I just created an Azure account while doing an online course. I used my existing microsoft account to sign in, and now my azure account seems to be associated with a company I left 3 years ago. It also created a default directory named after that company. I can find nowhere else in my standard microsoft account settings where the account is associated with the company. When I go to delete the directory, I get the following... User's image

This is a new azure account, so I'm unsure how this is happening. Of course when I tried to sign up with a different email address it now says I'm not eligible for a free account (I guess it picked up on my address or whatever). Microsoft don't seem to have customer support, so does anyone know how I can start to sort this out? Thanks
