broker fail to connect rds

I have a Windows 2019 server datacenter with 4 RDS servers, I updated one of the 4 RDS servers and since then I can no longer connect it from the Broker console, error message "impossible to change the state from the server" If I rollback the update it works... Has anyone had this problem before and been able to fix it? sorry i use google translate.. Capture BROKER
