Cannot assign licence package E5 and Advanced Communication (2 Licences packages are available for us)

Good day everyone.

I am facing some issue since a few days, I cannot assign our licence packages to a new created User.

We currently have 2 E5 and 2 Advanced Communication licences available. (Information as: Licences assignment failed) User's image

Those are my current active Admin Roles.

Did anyone face the same issues? Can anyone help me with this?

Hello @Nina Zubor , where is this happening? Can you provide more error details? Or better yet, share with us response and response headers for the HTTP requests that are failing. You can do that opening Chrome or Edge developers tools, going to the network tab, selecting the failed requests, right clicking in them and selecting Copy response and/or Copy response headers.
