Getting Message "Your cloud service provider manages your subscription. Contact your provider to open a support request."

Question

I tried to open up a support request as an owner of the subscription, but get a message, "Your cloud service provider manages your subscription. Contact your provider to open a support request.". I don't know that we have a "Service Provider" and I could not find anything relevant on Bing...
