If you are looking for an UI-based approach, use the Microsoft 365 Admin center > Active Teams & Groups > Microsoft 365. You will find the Privacy column readily available, of you can just add it. The Azure AD UI does not expose this property.

Hiya, I'm trying to identify how many public v private groups we have. On the share point admin site I can see all the sharepoint sites are private but that's only a small portion. In the group GUI in azure under properties there is nothing relating to the privacy.
