Hello,

I have an ADR which has run weekly for 8 months and then just stopped

from 6/27/2022 until 2/27/2023. I do not see any error. The execution on 2/27/2023was successful (CM Console > Monitoring > Deployment)

What could be causes?

Which logs to look at?

Thanks,

Dom

    Hello @Rahul Jindal [MVP] ]

Is there a way from the ruleengine.log to know what the Rule Number is linked to?

    Updated Success Information for Rule: 81 SMS_RULE_ENGINE 4/25/2023 10:09:55 PM 8072 (0x1F88)

I saw several red lines in the log:

      Rule XML is: <AutoDeploymentRule xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"> <DeploymentId></DeploymentId> <DeploymentName>ADR - ISS - Desktop - LABTEST - Windows Defender (SCEP) Updates</DeploymentName> <UpdateGroupId>ScopeId_67BB9074-421B-4166-A053-A8090F9523EF/AuthList_a02afb35-2660-4d3a-80af-147745539630</UpdateGroupId> <UpdateGroupName></UpdateGroupName> <LocaleId>1033</LocaleId> <UseSameDeployment>false</UseSameDeployment> <AlignWithSyncSchedule>false</AlignWithSyncSchedule> <NoEULAUpdates>false</NoEULAUpdates> <EnableAfterCreate>true</EnableAfterCreate> <ScopeIDs><ScopeID>SMS00UNA</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00001</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00002</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00003</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00004</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00005</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00006</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00007</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00008</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00009</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000A</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000B</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000C</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000D</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000E</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0000F</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00010</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00011</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00012</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00013</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00014</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00015</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00016</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00017</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00018</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP00019</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0001A</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0001B</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0001C</ScopeID> <ScopeID>UCP0001D</ScopeID> </ScopeIDs> <EnableFailureAlert>false</EnableFailureAlert> <IsServicingPlan>false</IsServicingPlan> <IsOldUpdateGroupCurrent>false</IsOldUpdateGroupCurrent> </AutoDeploymentRule>

    Any clue from this?

    Thanks,

    Dom

    Hello @Rahul Jindal [MVP]

I was able to do a Run Now and the ADR appears in the Monitoring > Deployment list as expected ... the process is on going...

Where to check for issues with the scheduling?

    Thanks,

    Dom
