Hello community,
I am having an issue with updating the topic dashboard in Customer Service Hub/Workspace -> Customer Service Historical Analytics -> Insights -> Topics. It is showing me the following result:
Although in Customer Service Admin Center, it is showing that there is 3 topics:
Any help on figuring out how to display these topics in the customer service workspace topic dashboard?
