Unable to create Premium tier EventHub namespace in WestCentralUS region

I am trying to create Premium tier EventHub namespace via SDK in WestCentralUS region but got error as "There is not enough capacity to create the namespace". Is there any limitation on creating Premium tier EventHub namespace in WestCentralUS region, I tried manually as well but the region is disabled when I select Premium tier.

    Hi,

    Event Hubs Premium tier isn't available in all regions. West Central US is one of the regions where it is not currently available. Please see excerpt below from Overview of Event Hubs Premium article:

    azure event hubs premium availability regions
