How to get back our older microsoft'account?

Hello, im Khuzaifah Binti Mohamad, a teacher from sk kompleks seberang takir ( a microsoft showcase school since 2021) . Im also a MIE Expert from my school and now still as a MIEE. Our microsoft 's accounts for our school had met a big problem that cannot be access. So, our admin has create a new account for ours to login microsoft account, that is used the same email but with other password. When i login my microsoft account, its like a new one and lost all of my record, my points and history with microsoft. I hope to get back my older account with all of my record with microsoft before. My colleagues are also experienced the same thing at school. Thanks in advance.
