How can I schedule an exam to a test center near me/

How do I schedule exam to a test center near me? If I try to book a Microsoft Excel exam for 2019 then the test center is down the road from me. However, if I schedule a Microsoft Excel exam for 365 then the test center is 4-5 hours away.
