How to use multiple account or API key of Azure FormRecognizer?

Assuming that the form recognition system is to be provided to multiple users for billing.

Can one account have multiple child accounts hanging from it? If so, is there a limit to the number?
Can one account issue multiple API keys? If so, is there a limit to the number?
Can the usage fees for each child account or multiple API keys be visualized?

@Yoshiyuki Hongoh If you have a scenario where you want to isolate your customers or users while using any resource of Azure the easiest way to do so is to use different subscriptions in a single or multiple management groups. The hierarchy of the same is well defined in this document on how to use Azure resources effectively.

So, based on the above I think the answers for your questions should be:

Yes, you can use multiple subscriptions. These are the general limits that you can refer to.

You can create multiple resource groups and resources where each resource will have different API keys that are randomly generated. So, every endpoint will have a different key and you get a set of keys for each resource. These keys shouldn't be made public and usage guidelines are defined in cognitive services security documentation.

The billing for each subscription can be visualized at resource groups and resource levels. This will enable you to bill the customer as per their usage.
