we have added users manager and other details as well but still its not coming?
In case it needs some time for the change to reflect in Outlook, did you wait for a few hours after adding the manager for the user and then check it in Outlook?
Any difference switching to the Exchange Online mode in Outlook?
Should the issue persist, I'd suggest checking if the user is in the Direct reports list of the manager:
Go to EAC > Recipients > Mailboxes, select the manager's mailbox, check the Direct reports section in the Organization tab.
