I have successfully passed the exam of Az-900 Azure fundamentals (Microsoft Certification)
However, it's not updated in my work nor personal account. I have linked them as requested while registering to the exam.

Take in account that it might take a little while until the certification is visible on your account. Mine took about a day until it became visible.
So you should have nothing to worry about if it was only recently taken!
