Please help with the below scenario

I created the policy for the Azure AD Identity Protection Weekly Digest for New Risky Users Detected.

My demand is that the alert notification be added to my on-premises mail account.

NOTE: My on-premises mail account doesn't have Mailbox; rather, it was a Linux-based mail service.
