Our company currently has the Microsoft 365 E5 Developer license for an integration we developed with Teams and another business application. For our next release of the integration, we would like to add features around using Teams Phone. It doesn't appear the developer license we have has access to that feature. Is it possible for our developer license to be upgraded to include that feature? If not, what is the recommended method to develop and test integrations with Teams Phone?

Because MS is so convoluted you will need to take a ton of time and resources from your business and get the design specs from the people who should be doing work and not being part of a product design experiment. They can tell you the answer to this question -- and after a lengthy and complex design review process, then you can fail at hacking MS to function well because it won't actually be able to do anything besides run simple bots.
