I have completed Microsoft Ignite Challenge but have not received certification voucher

I have completed the Microsoft Ignite Challenge but have not received certification voucher yet. As per email I should be getting it by now.

The free certification exam is available for redemption starting October 14, 2020 and is valid until March 31, 2021.

My query is. I have completed the Microsoft Ignite Teams Challenge, which i should receive a free exam to take in the future.

Both my friend and i completed this challenge of the same day, however he did receive his free exam and not me.

I am in the same boat.

I can see I completed 8/8 modules but I have not received and email. I followed in the instructions sent by @Leon Laude however it says I have "No discount available"

Does anyone have any ideas or am I just one of the unlucky ones.
