AZ-900 Certification exam

I had scheduled AZ-900 exam today i.e on 29th Apr,2023 but while doing check-in it is giving me troubleshoot error in network connectivity and am not able to givre the exam. It is the same sytem and network that I connected for system check-in and it had passed. But on exam day I am facing issues. How do I give exam then. Please reply.
