Sync PC and android clipboard

Question

Dear Microsoft. I'm trying to sync clipboard from my surface pro to huawei p20 pro. I did install latest windows updates and even add swiftkey beta to phone. In setting I did enable always copy data to clipboard. And still have no sync with phone.
Clipboard in swiftkey is empty.
