Based off your error message and issue, if you're trying to add your hotmail.com
user to the Appen
tenant first, prior to logging in, you'll need a user currently in the Appen tenant with the ability to create / invite users. This user within Appen will ideally be a Global Administrator or assigned a limited administrator role such as a Guest Inviter or User Administrator. For more info - Add a guest user and send an invitation.
If your hotmail.com
user is already a part of the Appen tenant, please make sure you're logging in with the correct credentials (i.e. user@appen.com
), and to the correct tenant (i.e. portal.azure.com/<tenantName>.com
). For more info - AADSTS50020: Signed in to the wrong tenant.
