PSTN not show in MS Teams

I requested a dial in meeting. Went through sharepoint did request received email. Quit teams came back in and when I go to create a new meeting the dial in info does not show up for anyone. All I received dial in number and pin in email no conference ID and no way for it show up in meetings created. can someone please help / advise?

Hi @UtauyoNASE

This feature is related to Audio Conferencing settings.

You need to assign an Audio Conferencing license for users in Microsoft 365 admin center first. Then, configure the conference settings.

Please note that if Microsoft does not appear initially in the list as an audio conferencing provider after you assign the license, either log out of the admin center or press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the browser window.
