Hello All,

I would like to ask for some experience with new Azure MP. It is version 1.8.0.5 released 30/9/2020. In our case we have two similar environments. Configured same one for test purpose and another for production. Azure MP version 1.8.0.2 work perfect for all Azuzre subscriptions but version 1.8.0.5 is failing with 2 subscriptions. It is used only in TEST environment. But is there someone who face same issue?

In event log you can see 6400 event ID. But all subscriptions are registered with enought permissions.32488-skda.png

    Hi @Jan Pastyřík ,

The event ID 6400 is mentioned in the Azure Management Pack Guide, here's what it says:

Issue: “Failed to find metric configuration for provider” Warning on specific metrics with event id 6400 occurs each 15 minutes.

Issue may happen because some resources fail to return metrics from Azure, for example web/sites (CPUTime) or publicIPAddresses metrics.
Resolution: Check if metric available and collected for specified service on Azure portal. If metric cannot be configured uncheck this metric in Azure MP Wizard Metrics > tab or add service instance to Exclude list.

    Hi @Jan Pastyřík

besides what Leon suggested, please check the post from the Microsoft Social Technet also:

Azure Monitoring is not working in SCOM

Simply uncheck metrics that you don't need alo try increasing resources.

Please update us on the progress. Thanks in advance!

    Ok, thank you

I am going to create ticket to Microsoft. The forum post with event id 6420 is linked with low server performance in our case it is 6400. No lack of performance occured.

But As I said our wizard is failing before "services" or "excluding" I can´t customize select of resources to Azure.
