I can’t sign in to my educative accoun in the autheticator

Te thing is that I can’t sign in to mi educative account ******@est.uexternado.edu.co

bc when I tried to sign in in the Authenticator app the app didn’t allowed me bc ask me for a code from the Authenticator app and it is impossible bc I can’t sign in to the principal al to received the code

pls help to get acces to my account again

You'll need the university admins to reset the account, then you'll get a new QR code with which you can link up your account to authenticator app.
