Manage access in Sharepoint

Hi Team, I am having issues with SP access. We have 2 types of users owner and the members, we have selected for members to have editing access where they can update cells in our SP data base however they seem to not be able to do and the only way they can edit is if they have owner access.

    According to the original post you given, it seems that users with edit permission cannot access and edit some SharePoint data.

    Please describe following detailed information to further troubleshoot the issue.

    1.Users want to access and edit what SharePoint data? List items, library files or site settings? You could provide some screenshots.

    2.Is there any error message?
