Has anyone used Zayo for Azure Express Route provider and can offer some insight or help?

Client has an express route circuit. This has been provisioned by Zayo and Arvig has terminated it to an Accedian device. The Accedian connects to a Meraki MX84. I have private peerings setup on 2 different subnets with /30.
In the Meraki MX84 I have the VLAN setup to use the primary subnet established in the private peering with the VLAN ID that Zayo has given me.
Can someone direct me to the next steps to get traffic moving along?

Can you please check the Circuit Status and Provider Status in Portal?
- If the above step is completed, then you should create/update your routing configuration
- Then Link a virtual network to an ExpressRoute circuit

2023-05-02T13:18:20.4666667+00:00 In that case, you should go ahead and Link a virtual network to an ExpressRoute circuit.
- What exactly is the issue you are facing here?
- Once you have complete the above, traffic should start flowing between your OnPrem and Azure VNet.

On Premises circuit is ran to an GT-S Accedian,https://accedian.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Accedian_Skylight-Performance-Element-GT_Datasheet.pdf and from there SFP to Meraki MX84.
I am wondering if anyone has a same or similar setup as this, or if this is even possible with the equipment the customer has. Since the Meraki MX does not do BGP.

Your question is inclined towards configuring the OnPrem circuit.
I would suggest it would be better if you could post this in the forums of the 3rd party provider.
