No exam discount

Question

Hi,

I've received an e-mail that I've earned a free Microsoft Certification Exam (Microsoft Ignite Challenge).
When I follow the instructions to do that and when I fill in my e-mailadres on the exam discounts page,
it says that there is no discount available.

The exam that I choose is a part of the exams I was allowed to choose.

How can I schedule this exam and receive my code?

Are you sure you've used the same e-mail address that you registered for Microsoft Ignite Challenge?

Just to make sure, did you follow all steps as described here:

Verify if you are using correct Email Id. It should be some Microsoft email Id I guess, but you are using gmail Id.

Try to use the same email Id on which you got the email on free certification
