Attachments added to tasks in Planner are not storing in Sharepoint

One of our teammates added two PPT attachments to a task in Planner however those attachments are not in our Shared Documents on our Sharepoint site. In addition, whenever any of us attempts to open the PPT from the task, we are advised we do not have access. There are two other attachments that were added to the same task by another teammate which we are able to access just fine and he assures us he followed the same steps to add the attachments.

Are there any ideas on how we can correct this issue?
