How can I format this table to account for the different dates and data?

I have data that I would like to graph however the way the data has been entered it makes it difficult to graph when including the dates of the data. How can I best reformat this data to include the dates and the already existing data.

    Hi @Lopez, Ahiezer ,

    What is the amount of data in your table? If the amount of data is not too large, I suggest you use copy and paste the tables to integrate the data. And how the graph should be displayed? kindly share a sample here if possible. From my point of view, you can separately select the table and go to Data >> Get Data from Table/Range, then merge tables using Power Query.
