Hello,

I am experiencing difficulties accessing an invite in https://myapplications.microsoft.com. Upon receiving an email invitation and clicking on "Accept Invitation", no apps are displayed. Additionally, I am unable to log in to portal.azure.com as it displays the old organization with which I previously worked.

I have attempted to resolve the issue by clearing cookies and logging in through InPrivate mode in Microsoft Edge, but these solutions have not been effective. After entering my email, I am redirected to the old organization login page.

In MyApplications.microsoft.com, after accepting the invite link, I am redirected to the homepage where no apps are displayed. I want to note that I am still logged in to MyApplications.microsoft.com.

I would really appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue ASAP. Thank you.

    @Paarth Manhas ,

Based on your description it sounds like you might be getting routed to the wrong tenant. If this is the case, you should be able to access the MyApps portal and see the applications for your tenant by adding your tenant ID parameter in the URL like this:

    https://myapps.microsoft.com/?tenantid=<tenant id>

Similarly, if the portal is defaulting to the wrong tenant, you can specify the tenant name in the portal URL:

    https://portal.azure.com/your-tenant-name

I tested and was able to do this (after my tenant had the wrong default) by going to https://portal.azure.com/umbrellaco.onmicrosoft.com

After that, you can select the correct default tenant by choosing your startup directory in your default settings:

    User's image

If you are still unable to see the applications, your account may need to be assigned to the app by the tenant admin.

To confirm that the user account is assigned, your admin needs to go to the application:

    • From the Azure Portal, Navigate to Enterprise Applications
    • Select Collections
    • Within your Collection, Select Applications
    • Open an Application that isn't appearing within MyApps
    • Within the Application, Select Users and Groups. If the user isn't assigned, assign the user to the app.

If you are still unable to see the apps, it would help if you could share a browser trace when logging into the MyApps portal and sharing that trace with me at AzCommunity@microsoft.com ("Attn: Marilee Turscak").

Let me know if this helps and if you still face this issue.
