Our System is Server 2016

Getting this error: The protocol host process 13456 did not respond and is being forcibly terminated {filter host process 4296}.

vmware 2019 server is installed on 2016 server. After this error, users connected to the 2019 server with a remote connection are disconnected. Meanwhile, the 2016 server is responding to the ping, but the 2019 server is not responding to the ping. After about 15 minutes everything is back to normal. This usually happens at the same time every day. but I can't see any special application running at those hours.

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    1. Please verify that Server is Activated using proper Windows License and Edition.
    2. Please check Event logs during the Time of disconnection of users or RDP for any clue.
    3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    4. Disable IPv6 from Lan card properties and Verify Virtual switch configuration for this VM.
