Closing and re-opening business account

Question

Dear all,
a Belgian association used my mail address "winfried@boenigk.com" to grant Sharepoint access. Obviously this triggered them administrating my account. I tried to add new resources and was informed that I'm seen as employee. Therefore I would like to delete this account and reopen a business account for "winfried@boenigk.com" administrated by myself.
How can this be done in a quick manner. There is no content to be saved.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue! If you are in contact with this company you can ask them to remove your account, or you can contact billing support if you're looking to open a business account under that address. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-and-billing

If they used your address without consent you can report it as a fraud here.
