I keep seeing the crashes in event viewer, especially right after system startup. I almost never use Cortana or perform searches, so it's really puzzling that SearchApp.exe has several crash entries after each system restart.

How do I troubleshoot crashes like that, especially involving KERNELBASE.dll? Windows version is 22H2.
