Dear Microsoft Community Members,

I would like to inquire about retrieving the usage frequency of our office's three meeting rooms over the past two years. Could you please advise me on the best method to obtain this information? Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Best regards,

    Hi @Tank-73

If what you need is a detailed usage report of the meeting rooms, you may need to look at the scripts as shared above by Andy or you can check the link below if you are not using Exchange Online:
    Exchange Meeting Room Statistics
(Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

However, if you just need to get a general idea of the usage frequency, personally I would suggest opening the calendars of these room mailboxes in Outlook, so that you can see how many/ how frequently meetings are created in the room:

    1. In Outlook, go to Calendar > Open Calendar > From Room List..., select the room you want to check:
      1
    2. Select the Room's calendar to have an intuitive view of the usage frequency:
      2
