I want to cancel the subscription I did this morning (mistake!) and return to my Office 2019

Hi!

I had Office 2019 and I purchased the subscription for Office 365 because I thought the Updates were stopped for my 2019...but It's not! I still have until october before they stop the Updates. Can I cancel my subscription without fees and go back to my Office 2019? Without loosing data? And how I do that?
