Office Telemetry Dashboard couldnt create worksheets

Hello,

i have a question relating the office telemetry dashboard. I searched for a couple of hours but could not find anything that helped me fix my problem, since there is only one other post of someone asking for a solution.

I was trying to get the office telemetry dashboard to work, but i run into the same error every time i try to connect to the database.

I reinstalled the telemetry service and double checked the access rights, but nothing works. The data collected from the telemetry agent is successfully being put in the shared folder and then transferred to the database server. Is there anyone who faced the same problem before?
