    Hello @Jeniffer !

    I understand you need to disable Office Updates for all users in your Organization.

    Open Endpoint Manager, Devices, Configuration Profiles.

    Create a new of Windows 10 and later for Administrative Templates.

    Search for Updates, and Channel and Configure accordingly.

    Add the User you need to the Assignment and Save the Policy.

    This works if you have already Intune enabled.

    Another way is by Group Policy
