How do i reschedule my microsoft certification exam

Today 12.05.2023, I had a certification test for Microsoft az-900.

I started the test, on completing half way through, after 17 questions with 30 odd minutes left, a blank white screen was visible for some time.. i clicked the chat button multiple times to ask help and report the issue to the proctor, but that didn't help!

And after blank screen on 5-6 minutes, my test window got closed..!

Auto submitted maybe!!!

I tried to run the onvue exe file to relaunch the test but i was unable to do that.. it showed up this message...

'access code invalid. Please enter a valid access code'I cannot see anything related to the certification related details on my profile!

I request you look into this matter ASAP, and reschedule my test
