I'm not able to set up pc for user.
I have been having the most difficult time trying to figure out what I've done wrong. I have the user set up and have been able to add a device in the Autopilot however the device doesn't show up on her profile. The Autopilot shows that the device is Assigned. I was informed from an agent that all I needed to do was do a factory reset on the PC and it was supposed to start up with the user name and password request but this has yet to happen. I already have an escalated high alert ticket with support and haven't heard anything from anyone since early morning yesterday. The mgr is looking into just buying all separate licenses which will get expensive but to minimize the frustration I've been having it might be worth it.
